Hi,

I have found an interesting article about running technique. Alas for most of you, it was written in Dutch, so I translated it. I'm sorry for any translation errors; English is not my native language. The article is by Klaas Lok, a famous Dutch runner.

You may find the Dutch version on the web site mentioned below, and somewhere on Klaas Lok's web site, http://www.hardlopen.nl (I have forgotten to note the URL), or through http://lexgroep.iscool.net.
