Some of my pain is right in the middle looking down at my knee but right above the knee cap.The other pain and different from the first is a pain in the quad section right above the knee cap and toward the inner side. The first is a sharp pain similar to tennis elbow so I assume it is tendentis. The second is a deeper, more diffuse pain that clearly is in the muscle. Any ideas?
