I have what I think is knee tendenitis but am not sure. What are the symptoms?

Some of my pain is right in the middle looking down at my knee but right above the knee cap.The other pain and different from the first is a pain in the quad section right above the knee cap and toward the inner side. The first is a sharp pain similar to tennis elbow so I assume it is tendentis. The second is a deeper, more diffuse pain that clearly is in the muscle. Any ideas?

you just couldn't handle the fact that a slim, buff chick outdid you in weight-training, and probably could throw you with one finger, you wimp!
