I am probably going by plane. Together with a female friend of mine, and her son and mother.

I am aiming for 3:35 - 3:40. Somewhere around 5:05-5:10 pr. km. Seems my slowest possible speed now is around 5:20-5:30. So it seems realistic.

My last long run was 17 km, and was done in 1:30 = 5:18/km. And that was a VERY relaxed run on a slightly hilly course.

So now I am in better shape than my Dec 31st half marathon. And I expect form and speed to improve.
