Hello,
What is the model name of the Nike watch that measures the distance you've run? I looked at one today, it works by attaching a sensor to your shoe that measures your speed and transmits the distance measurement to the watch. Is the shoe sensor bothersome and will it hold up in adverse weather (rain, extreme cold, mud)? I've been looking for a way to accurately measure my routes and also race coures since I find myself questioning the accuracy of many races and mile splits. The watch and sensor cost $235, so I'd like to know if its worth it.
Thanks,
David Dunn

caveat emptor: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

$250 bucks for a watch that measures distance doesn't sound too good to be true to me...it sounds pretty expensive.

what is 'too good to be true' (i.e. laughable) is the notion that a watch that measures distance can be accurate.
