I've been trying for 4 years or more to get a number for this race! Maybe this year. It would be great to hear from anyone that's done it and where a good place to stay for the race would be - hotel or campground (although not sure about the bugs that time of the year)

Hi Jan,

I've had no luck in the lottery either, although it's interesting that they are doing the registration this year (more or less) *entirely* on-line. (Starts next Thursday 3/1.)

I trust you saw the list of 'preferred' accomodations in the info section of the site:
