Tis the season for the Flu. Unfortunately it plays havoc on my 16 week Marathon training program.

The only training I can get in is running from my bed to the bathroom.

What are the recommendations on training after the flu? Take 1 week off and hit it hard after that?

Are there any websites that address this question?

There shouldn't be any set time period. When you feel well enough to run, then run. You may not and probably should not go immediately back to your previous intensity, but if you manage to at least put in a few miles you'll come back much quicker.
