Can You Overcome Your Winter Blahs?

I am trying to imagine myself living in a cold climate, the kind that has snow more often than not, and trying to imagine myself being disciplined enough to actually get up and out and running in that freezing weather and as romantic as it seems to be running while seeing my breath billow out of my mouth - I cannot imagine myself actually getting up and running in that kind of weather.

I have lived in moderate climates all my life, and just a little cold is enough to make it hard for me to move. For example, I have on a long t-shirt, and a sweatshirt now, so objectively its not very cold, but my hands are a lot slower on the keyboard than they usually are. Lisa from Chasin’ Bunnies has the Winter Blahs - and although I barely have winter here, I so Identify with the Blah part…
