Did you know that there is a sport called Joggling?
It obviously entails jogging an Juggling combined, and the participants of the sport do all kinds of competitions, including marathons!
To read more about this bizzar fringe sport and its participants you can read the Blogging Joggler, the blog of Michal “The Joggler” Kapral, who set the 10K joggling world record of 36:27 - without a drop - at the Longboat Toronto Island Race.
You can also read Perry Romanowski’s blog, The Average Joggler who says about his blog:
This blog is about long distance running, juggling and the sport of combining both called joggling. It was created to be a useful resource for anyone interested in learning to become a better runner, better juggler, and even a joggler.

The only problem with the term “Joggling” is that it implies that we are “jogging”. I rarely jog when I’m juggling…I run!
Thanks for the blog mention.
You’re Welcome. Ruggling just doesn’t sound as good, you have to admit :-)
